## What we collect

- **Browsing**: this site sets no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. Our host (Cloudflare) processes technical data (IP address, browser, requested page) to run and secure the service.
- **Email**: if you write to us, we use your address and message only to reply, and keep them for no more than one year.
- **We don't sell or share personal information**, and we don't run targeted advertising.

## AI summary links

The buttons that ask an AI assistant for a summary simply open that service in a new tab. San Diego Informer sends nothing on your behalf.

## Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you by emailing contact@sandiegoinformer.com. California residents can exercise the rights provided by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) the same way; as we don't sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of. EU residents also have rights under the GDPR, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.
